Whether you need a Valentine's idea or just something new to do, here are a few suggestions!

• Dinner & A Movie. Boring. Done that one before.
• Grab ice cream for dessert. Done that before too, but still sounds good.
• Couples massage. Now we're talking.
• Hide out at Target. Give each other $15 to buy a gift for the other. Don't get caught!
• Virtual shop. Go to the mall and point out all the things you'd LIKE to buy for each other, but aren't going to. Make sure to stop at a card shop. Pick out a mushy card for your significant other. They can read it right there in the shop and you'll never find it in the trash (because of course, you'd have to buy it to throw it away...) This idea courtesy of a Beaumont mom.
• Drive through one of our beautiful neighborhoods like Monteclaire or Bellechase on Dowlen Road. Dream on!
• Go to Nell's. This little hole-in-the-wall club will fool you on the outside. One female Beaumont single told us that it's a great place for gathering, especially on Friday nights where you can find a jazz band that plays all the classics. Plus, on Fridays, ladies get in free. 500 Franklin in Beaumont/409.838.3839.
