We do have nature, ya know.

If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend outing, give the Beaumont Botanical Gardens at 6088 Babe Zaharias Drive a visit. They’re the only public garden in the area and offer stroller accessible paths, a duck pond, themed gardens and great bird watching opportunities. The gardens are open everyday during daylight hours and are free to the general public. You can visit the Warren Loose Conservatory for a fee. Check out their website for admission rates, hours and information about guided tours.
For breath taking views of hundreds of birds & exotic plants, visit Orange's Shangri La, a sprawling 252-acre "green" botanical garden. Shangri La has been dubbed one of this world's most earth-friendly projects ever created. Visit Shangri La online for additional information.
After soaking up the beauty of nature, perpetuate your Zen-like state by dining at Tokyo Steak House and Sushi Bar. There sushi can’t be beat and the Teppan-yaki style flair at the grill tables is sure to excite. For a roll that’s a bit different, order the Kilaua Roll. This tempura fried temptation is fantastic and is an interesting warm contrast to the usually cool rolls (bonus for the sushi newbie- no raw fish). We prefer the I-10 location because of the light atmosphere, but the restaurant on Dowlen is great for a more intimate evening. For hours and a look at their full menu, including bar drinks (try the Singapore Sling, yum!) view Tokyo online.
