Michelle Greene is new to town.

While there are many wonderful things about Michelle, there is one Michelle Greenething you should know. She's a personal trainer. (Ta Da!) Many SETX residents have been emailing the buzz asking all kinds of questions about a personal trainer: Why should I get one? Where can I get one? How much does one cost? Can they work miracles?

"So, Michelle... why, where, how and can????"

  • "What’s your history as a personal trainer?" I have been involved with training people for over 10 years. Last year I worked as a trainer and bootcamp instructor at Bally total fitness and currently I'm working at Beaumont Health & Fitness as a trainer.
  • "How did you get started?" I've been active in sports my whole life. What started my personal training path was being involved in competing.
  • "Why does someone need a PT?" A personal trainer is so important for many reasons, we are there to motivate and support you as well as making sure you are executing the exercises properly, all while having fun.
  • "If it’s something they’ve been thinking about doing for awhile, what would you say to get them to take the plunge?" It is never to late to start a healthy lifestyle and I'm the one that can help put in all in perspective for them.
  • "Do you stay with the client the entire session or just give instructions and let them be?" I am very much involved throughout the session, I'll even workout with you to keep you motivated if needed.
  • "How do they sign up with you?" Come into the gym and ask to train with me. I will also make house calls which can be discussed.
  • "What’s your #1 workout tip?" I have many ! But if I had to pick just one I would say to concentrate on your form while working out is so important.
  • "What’s the worst thing someone can do when starting a work out regime?: Neglecting to watch what they eat, people think because they are working out they can eat whatever they want. SO wrong !

Michelle Greene is a personal trainer, figure competitor, coach and model in the Texas area.
