Can a Mother and Daughter
Really Work Together?
We visited Bella Bella to find out.

Susan & Tiffany Geyser, co-owners of Bella Bella
Bella Bella, a beautiful boudoir-inspired boutique located on Phelan Blvd. in Beaumont, is co-owned by the mother/daughter trio, Susan, Tiffany and Kristin Geyser. Susan and Tiffany work in the store everyday. Kristin lives in LA and works in the fashion industry, keeping Bella Bella abreast of the latest new clothing lines and styles. Susan has been a Southeast Texas retail staple for more than 20 years. She opened her first shop, The Caterpillar, in 1984. After years of business and buying for other specialty stores, Susan decided to open Bella Bella with her daughters in March 2004.

Susan earned a degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Christian University and completed the Neiman Marcus Executive Program. Her employment with Neiman Marcus taught her the ins and outs of owning her own retail business. Bella Bella has found a niche in our area with cocktail, formal and elegant everyday wear. When Susan and Tiffany go to market (in Dallas, LA and New York) to shop for Bella Bella, they always keep their clientele in mind. They know Bella Bella customers, their families and lifestyles well, which enables Susan and Tiffany to shop smart in providing their customers with clothing that meets their needs. There is no reason to drive to Houston with a shop like Bella Bella in town!
Bella Bella’s specialty is their extensive collection of special occasion dresses. You don’t have anywhere “special” to go? Bella Bella can outfit you for everyday wear, too. Beautiful kimonos, intricately designed tops and fun, trendy dresses are perfect for any day that calls for your attire to be “dressy casual.” Bella Bella’s younger clientele shop lines such as Betsy Johnson, Laundry, ABS, Sue Wong, Nicole Miller and Jovani. Their older clientele enjoy shopping designers such as Terri Jon, Kay Unger, Chetta B, Tadashi, Montage and Badgley Mischka.

Bonus perk of shopping at Bella Bella for your special occasion? They keep a running list of who is wearing what to each special occasion (prom, Neches River Festival, etc.)! If you are a Bella Bella customer, you never have to worry that another Bella Bella customer will show up to your event wearing the same dress. Now that’s customer service!
It seems as though this mother/daughter trio really have fun working together. The fun comes with outfitting Southeast Texas women to some of life’s most memorable events (particularly weddings!). Susan and Tiffany desire that women feel beautiful everytime they slip into something bought at Bella Bella. Next time you want to feel like the Belle of the Ball, shop at Bella Bella (tell them beaumontbuzz.com sent ya)!
