Make a smoothie that is yummy AND good for you with this simple recipe:
- 1/3 chopped mango
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup papaya nectar (or pineapple juice)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup ice
Mix in a blender and serve.
