Looking for something "different" to do? How about playing around with alligators instead of puppies? Is that different enough for ya?

Coming off IH-10, exit FM 365 and shortly thereafter you'll find a self-described family oriented alligator theme park. Instead of lions, tigers and bears, you'll find over 120 alligators that are waiting to entertain you. The most famous alligator (the largest in captivity in Texas), Big Al, weighs in at over 1000 lbs and is 13' 4" long. There are also two 70 lb. alligator snapping turtles.

Normally we would not use the words "interact" and "alligators" in the same sentence. However, at Gator Country, alligator interactions are the main attraction! This includes feeding alligators, taking pictures with alligators and an alligator show. Make plans this weekend to take a walk on the wild side at this Southeast Texas treasure!
